Since 1997, Avalon has partnered with progressive nonprofits and campaigns to raise millions of dollars to achieve their visions. An internal task force leads the Avalon process for continuous improvement in DEI. The group is staff-led, receiving guidance from DEI consultants.

Bryan W. Jackson and Dr. Rachael Forester are both Senior Consultants, EDIJ, at NonprofitHR. They provide subject matter expert advice, insight, and strategic direction to clients. They oversee complex client engagements, manage projects to completion, and design and facilitate DEI training solutions and assessment services to partners and stakeholders.

Carolyn Angelini is Director of Resource & Postal Affairs with Production Solutions and the TNPA ADRFCO Council MTAC Representative.
