Vice President, Programs

As Vice President of Programs at The Nonprofit Alliance, Abby Graf designs and delivers educational and community-building opportunities – both virtually and in-person. With over 25 years of experience in nonprofits, her mission is to help leaders tap into their best selves and lead teams towards mission impact. She believes in elevating the expertise already present in the room and fostering meaningful connections among colleagues. Before joining the team at TNPA, Abby was the Director of the Women’s Leadership Center at Omega Institute, the Director of Organizing at Idealist.org, and the Executive Director at Arts Gowanus. She lives in Brooklyn, NY, where she can be found attending art openings, walking in the park, knitting, and spending time with her two twentysomething children.
