Devi Vat-Ho, Senior Manager, Midlevel Giving | USA for UNHCR
Devi Vat-Ho is an accomplished development executive with over twenty years of fundraising experience in individual giving, pipeline development and major gifts with a proven track record of closing six and seven-figure gifts. Her expertise is growing mission-driven enterprises through transformation and scaling of individual giving programs as well as building high-performing campaigns and teams with a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and engagement. Devi joined USA for UNHCR in 2021 as their Senior Manager of Mid-level Giving. She approaches her work on behalf of refugees and those forcibly displaced with agility, innovation, and strategic leadership. Devi approaches life with curiosity and compassion. Outside of work, she loves to travel, cook, and spend time outdoors with her three dogs and partner.
Ron Davis, Director of Major Gifts | Edmundite Missions
Ron Davis is a fundraising executive with more than 15 years of experience. He earned his Bachelor’s in Communications Studies from Towson University, where he also started his career as an athletic development assistant. After five years, Ron then joined Lynn University as the Associate Athletics Director for External Affairs. While there, some of his accomplishments include managing a corporate sponsorship unit that averaged $100,000 annually in revenue, consistently increased revenue for their annual golf tournament, and assisting the Director of Athletics in acquiring a $1 million dollar partnership deal with Adidas. After getting his Master’s in Marketing from the University of Maryland – University College, Ron then joined Edmundite Missions where he currently continues his many accomplishments in the field of nonprofit fundraising.
Ilana Falick, Senior Account Executive | Lautman Maska Neill & Company
Ilana (she/her/hers) manages direct mail fundraising campaigns for Lautman, Maska, Neill & Company, an award-winning direct response consulting agency specializing in fully integrated fundraising exclusively for nonprofits. As a Senior Account Executive, she helps to acquire, retain, and upgrade donors for nonprofit clients to help them meet their fundraising goals. Prior to joining Lautman in 2018, she worked as Communications and Development Associate for the D.C. based non-profit, Suited for Change.
Jade Swanson, Director of Client Services | MESG Marketing
Jade is a seasoned professional in developing campaign strategies in the digital space with over 15 years of nonprofit experience. Her success in donor conversion and cultivation, membership marketing and retention, and institutional brand awareness programs continues to fuel her need to keep up with the latest online platforms and services.
Her background of various clients include national nonprofits, arts and cultural organizations, and professional development associations. She is passionate about building strong relationships between constituents – from house prospects to activists and donors – and missions themselves. Jade specializes in fundraising and all its intricate parts, from audience segmentation and email deliverability to the technical aspects needed for a successful program. She also has a keen focus on the relationship between MESG Marketing and our clients, relationships within the workplace, and the industry.
Jade currently serves as the Immediate Past President of the Direct Marketing Association of Washington (DMAW), co-founder of the Multi-Channel MiniCon, and is a regular speaker at industry conferences.
When she is not chasing her two daughters, Evie and Lily, around the playground, she can be found taking (or teaching) a yoga class. She is also a proud human to her rescue cat, Pierre, and poodle/spaniel mix, Johnny.
