Engaging Networks is an AI-powered software platform used by hundreds of amazing nonprofits in the USA and worldwide. Our mission-driven clients use our tools to raise money online and through P2P fundraising, and to win advocacy campaigns, manage events, conduct email and SMS marketing, create marketing automation journeys and engage with supporters in targeted, personalized ways.

Responsibilities and Duties
We seek a dynamic and detail-oriented intern, with good communication and analytical skills, who wants to learn about the nonprofit technology sector while supporting our sales and operations team. The work will include helping to manage our Salesforce database, optimizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting, and improving data quality across our CRM. The intern will play a key role in updating our prospect databases, generating reports, and facilitating multichannel outreach strategies to enhance our team’s performance and results.
The prospecting research will involve such data sources as ProPublica, Guidestar, CauseIQ and ZoomInfo. The intern also will gain some familiarity with sales enablement tools such as EnableUs, knowledge sharing tools such as Loopio, and marketing outreach tools such as MixMax and Hubspot. We especially welcome candidates with basic knowledge of AI tools for data analysis.

• We prefer someone with some Salesforce (software) experience.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to assess data quality, interpret key metrics, and produce actionable reports.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, capable of documenting processes clearly and summarizing findings effectively.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to data accuracy and consistency.
College experience is actually not required. For those with college experience:
• Preferred Majors: Marketing, Communications, Business, Nonprofit Management, Data Science and Analytics
• College Level: Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior
