Description
Shatterproof was founded in 2013 to fill the gap for a well-funded, national, coordinated effort to reverse the course of the addiction health crisis, with the singular goal of ending the devastation addiction is causing our families. We know there are science-based solutions that can prevent and treat this disease, and we are committed to what research has proven to be effective. We have identified three priority pillars: stopping addiction before it starts, closing the treatment gap, and better outcomes through better care. These priorities are guided by our mission/vision – To create a Shatterproof world, where addiction never defines or ends a life, by transforming systems for tomorrow, supporting families today and ending stigma forever.
