Our 6 Pillar Programs
▪ Leadership Summit
Who: 15+ years of experience and/or title in the c-suite (or equivalent). TNPA Members and invited guests only.
When: Fall (usually September)
Where: Rotates across the country
What: The Leadership Summit is an intensive, action-oriented gathering where senior nonprofit executives collaborate to develop practical solutions for critical sector challenges. Unlike traditional conferences, participants actively contribute their expertise to shape comprehensive resources and action plans that strengthen the entire nonprofit sector. Limited to 150 TNPA members and invited guests with 15+ years of experience at the C-suite level or equivalent.

▪ Essential Leadership Lab (Virtual)
Who: Experienced Executive and Senior Leaders with 10+ years of experience
When: Once per month year-round
Where: Virtual Zoom room
What: These virtual, monthly cohort experiences provide a structured environment for senior and C-suite leaders to learn from each other, developing knowledge and skills, exploring critical issues, and cultivating an unparalleled network of leader-colleagues.

▪ Rising Leaders Summit
Who: Experienced leaders on the cusp of senior leadership. Likely Directors and VPs, and the equivalent.
When: Fall (usually October, returning to October in 2026)
Where: Moves cities. Usually on the East Coast.
What: The Rising Leaders Summit is a dynamic, one-day gathering designed specifically for midlevel managers and future executives to develop the strategic skills needed to balance personal growth, organizational leadership, and sector-wide impact. This transformative professional development experience connects ambitious professionals who have established tactical expertise and are ready to expand their strategic thinking, subject matter authority, and broader influence in the nonprofit sector.

▪ Management Essentials (Virtual)
Who: Mid-level managers with 2-5 years of management experience
When: 9 months, 5 modules, Jan-September
Where: Virtual Zoom room
What: Middle managers are juggling up, down, and around, all while everything feels like an emergency. Middle managers are essential stabilizers, ensuring focus and protecting organization’s mission. This program addresses the exact challenges managers face daily, offering training and support in practical, tested solutions.

Who: Senior Fundraising Leaders with 10+ years of experience
When: March
Where: Washington, DC
What: The Nonprofit Fundraisers Symposium is an exclusive, transformative gathering for seasoned fundraising and marketing professionals with 10+ years of experience. At the Symposium, groundbreaking concepts meet practical innovation, designed to elevate your strategic thinking and empower you to create lasting impact in the nonprofit sector. Co-produced and presented with DMAW.

▪ Faith and Fundraisers Forum
Who: Faith-Based fundraisers of all levels and types of organizations
When: Late July, the day before Bridge Conference
Where: National Harbor, Oxon Hill, MD, just outside DC
What: The Faith and Fundraising Forum offers a comprehensive professional development experience where faith-focused fundraisers can connect with peers through a dedicated day-long Forum, followed by specialized educational tracks at the Bridge Conference, all designed to enhance skills, share success stories, and build meaningful connections within the faith-based fundraising community.
