Description
The mission of Shatterproof is to provide trusted guidance through the complexities of substance use disorder and to remove the systemic, healthcare and social barriers to a strong recovery. Shatterproof is on a mission to transform addiction treatment so more people recover. We’re building a future where people with addiction are treated the same way as people with any other illness — with compassion and treatment, including medical care, which works.
Shatterproof stands together as a community, consisting of families, friends, advocates, ambassadors, supporters, and individuals from every corner of our nation. Our shared vision is that no one should experience the challenges and losses caused by substance use disorder, a chronic medical condition, which is preventable and treatable for everyone, regardless of background or identity.
