Action Alert: Federal Funding

(January 29, 2025) The nonprofit sector received a significant win as the administration fully rescinded the executive order that would have severely disrupted nonprofit funding. This development follows a federal court’s temporary administrative stay that initially paused the order’s implementation.

While this represents a crucial victory for our sector, vigilance remains essential. The challenges to nonprofit operations continue to evolve, and we are preparing for future policy shifts. Your engagement is a critical component, as your specific experiences and data will help strengthen our sector’s position in addressing upcoming challenges.
