Director, Membership

Vanessa is responsible for recruiting new members and creating exceptional membership experiences that set The Nonprofit Alliance (TNPA) apart as the leading voice and community for the nonprofit sector. Vanessa has over a decade of experience in membership recruitment and retention within nonprofit organizations. She previously spearheaded the development and implementation of a successful membership department for The International Association of Blacks in Dance. In her spare time, she is an active member of her sorority and lives in Northern Virginia with her husband.
