Programs Manager

Dominika provides critical support in developing and implementing innovative programming initiatives, both in-person and virtually, as the Programs Manager at The Nonprofit Alliance. She brings fresh perspectives and expertise from her Marketing and Communications Specialist role at the Rochester Institute of Technology and several more years of experience within the field of Communications. Based in Bethesda, Maryland, Dominika actively engages with her local community through Lindy Hop and other forms of dance, and can also be found cross-stitching, swimming, or playing board games with friends and family.
