Vila-Sheree Watson is a nonprofit executive with nearly 30 years of experience in global development, marketing, fundraising, and organizational leadership. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Oakwood University, an HBCU, and her MBA in Marketing from the University of Phoenix. Her career has taken her from marketing and communications into fundraising and executive leadership, with roles at ADRA International, The Arc of the United States, Global Peace Foundation, Lutheran World Relief, and Plan International USA.
She currently serves as Vice President of Development & Membership at Bread for the World, leading a comprehensive fundraising program supporting the organization’s mission to end hunger. Passionate about developing the next generation of nonprofit leaders, Vila-Sheree brings a wealth of experience in fundraising strategy, team leadership, career advancement, and navigating the nonprofit sector.
