Responsibilities and Duties

We are seeking a talented and creative Design Intern with skills across print, digital, motion graphics, and social media content creation. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic design environment while contributing to real projects for a range of campaigns and platforms for our nonprofit clients.

Key Responsibilities:
•Assist in creating visual assets for print materials such as direct mail, inserts and space ads.
•Design engaging digital content for web assets, email campaigns, and digital media.
•Develop motion graphics and animations for video content, reels, and presentations.
•Collaborate on social media graphics and templates for platforms like Instagram, Facebook LinkedIn, and TikTok.
•Support the design team with conceptualizing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
•Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
•Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
•Prepare and organize design files for production and delivery.

Requirements:
•Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
•Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and XD).
•Basic knowledge of motion design and animation tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, a plus).
•Familiarity with design for both print and digital formats.
•Understanding of social media platforms and best practices for visual content.
•Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a collaborative mindset.
•Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience with Creatopy, Adobe Creative Suite or other design collaboration tools.
•Basic video editing skills.
•Knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory.
