Responsibilities and Duties
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Digital Marketing Intern to assist the business development team in sales and market growth strategies for Moore’s media and digital division. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and contribute to various business development and marketing efforts, including client proposals and presentations, competitive research, and new client onboarding. The ideal candidate must be passionate about digital marketing, nonprofit work, and emerging fundraising trends, and be eager to contribute and learn about sales and marketing growth strategies.
•Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations
•Support in identifying and segmenting client prospects based on key research
•Help coordinate and manage the business development process, ensuring all digital proposals align with client objectives.
•Help coordinate and manage the client onboarding process
•Collaborate with writers, designers, advertising strategists, and technical experts to develop content for client proposals
•Assist in quality control of marketing content, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy in all materials.
•Participate in research and support client negotiations, including helping route and finalize contracts.
•Attend internal meetings and provide updates on project progress and team needs.
•Assist in tracking project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
•Perform other duties as assigned to support the business development team.

Required Skills/Abilities:
•Strong interest in digital marketing, online fundraising, and nonprofit work.
•Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and shifting priorities.
•Comfortable working with data and leveraging insights to inform campaign strategies.
•Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•A customer-service-oriented attitude, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Education and Experience:
•Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent.
•Some experience (internships or part-time work) in digital marketing, online fundraising, or nonprofit work is a plus
•Familiarity with marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Loopio) is a plus.
•An interest in developing skills in online fundraising and digital direct response marketing strategies is highly encouraged.
