Bio:
Benjamin Freedman is a graduate of Long Island University with a degree in Special Education and also earned a Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University. He spent the first half of his career running youth programs and community building. He then transitioned from programmatic work to recruitment. Benjamin recruited for many industries including the Nonprofit Sector. Within this space he also lead the talent acquisition function for three companies globally and domestically. Following his last corporate position, Benjamin needed to return to mission-driven work and opened his own consulting firm focused on talent acquisition strategy and implementation for mission-driven organizations.
